While I appreciated being allowed to trade it in for another vehicle, I was dismayed to encounter the same situation again — the replacement vehicle also developed mechanical problems within hours of purchase. As of now, the second vehicle is scheduled to be in the shop for over a week and a half. This has left me without reliable transportation and has caused significant inconvenience. While your staff has been cooperative, the fact that two vehicles in a row experienced mechanical failures raises questions about the inspection and quality assurance processes in place. More
