Price gauging Cost of service was twice what contemporaneous mechanics charge for same service. They charged for over 6 hours when service took 3-4 hours. Worst Service Dept in business Third time car (Jaguar F Type R) brought in for service in 2 years. First time they damaged car. Second time car held 7-10 days for a minor issue they Third time car (Jaguar F Type R) brought in for service in 2 years. First time they damaged car. Second time car held 7-10 days for a minor issue they could not diagnose. Third time was today. Of course I also have a warning light on dashboard that this dealership has never been able to diagnose or turn off. Appointment made 1 month in advance after Jaguar notified me car was due for annual service. I waited the month to get a Jaguar loaner car which dealership confirmed. Of course today I find out no loaner available and car was not actually up for the yearly maintenance as they notified me in advance. When I asked for service manager, told repeatedly by the liars at his service department he was not in yet he mysteriously turned up once I blew my stack. I asked for my car back so I can leave. After waiting a lengthy time I was again told repeatedly my car "was being brought up" I observed my car sitting at the side of the garage close to where I was standing. Numerous cars brought up for other customers even though I was outside first. It took a xxxx storm on my part just to get them to return my keys and allow me to leave. Service adviser Jennifer Rojas is a disaster and a liar and service manger John Partsinevelos does not appear to know whats going in the department he manages given he allows his staff to advise he is not at work when in fact he is present. Once John learned of what occurred, he had no explanation and no offer of assistance in any way, allowing me to leave. By the way, different service staff and management each time I have brought car in over last 2 years, wonder why? This is apparently the way they treat a customer with one of the most expensive cars on the lot. Good thing I bought my wife a BMW this weekend, to xxxx with Jaguar. Huntington Jaguar sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Still a happy and contented NITROFILL Customer! I continue to renew my NITROFILL Membership at the Huntington Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership. They continue to greet me and my 2010 Toyota Prius as if I continue to renew my NITROFILL Membership at the Huntington Jaguar/Land Rover Dealership. They continue to greet me and my 2010 Toyota Prius as if we were one of the own. The staff is courteous, responsive and continue to make me feel as if I am a valued customer! They are a pleasure to do business with and are a credit to NITROFILL and Jaguar/Land Rover. Thank you for having me. More
I did not purchase my car from the dealership, but did purchase NITROFILL for my new Toyota Prius. My dealership dropped NITROFILL shortly after my new car purchase, which forced me to find someone else purchase NITROFILL for my new Toyota Prius. My dealership dropped NITROFILL shortly after my new car purchase, which forced me to find someone else offering the service. Huntington Jaguar/Land Rover was the closest outlet and were quick to allow me to use them as my point of membership. For almost 4 years they have treated me as if I had purchased from and owned one of their cars. They offer me quick and courteous service when I need it and make all of the perks regular customers are entitled to available to me. While I have often joked with them the reason they are so quick to take care of me is so they can get my TOYOTA PRIUS out of their lot, I have never been made to feel like I am anything less than valued customer!
