He is very knowledgeable of both Porsche and Jaguar and was able to explain the cars in detail to me and was extremely helpful in reaching an agreeable price for me to enjoy both cars. The best thing about Ezzy is his excitement and passion for both brands. He truly loves these cars and everything about them and his passion is contagious. The great service doesn't stop after the sale, I have worked with the service staff over the past couple years for routine maintenance and also to complete some performance modifications on my 911 TT. Both Marcus and Justin are fabulous in the Service Department. They also have a passion for these cars and know them inside and out. They have great personalities and make sure to take care of the "little things" in addition to the overall service project. As an example, they always make sure the car is washed before it is returned, I usually just stop in rather than making an appointment and they ALWAYS accomodate me. They have even bought me lunch before when I stopped in to have something checked. If I need a loaner car or a ride, it is always provided and best of all they are quick. No wasted time waiting to be serviced. Beyond the main people above is a team of other very friendly and knowledgeable folks. I have my own service tech that works on my vehicle. No one else touches it. He knows my car and he knows me. When I stop in, he always comes out to shake my hand and ask how I'm doing. I've never had that at any other dealership. If you are thinking of buying a Porshe or Jaguar, you won't be disappointed in Stevinson Imports. In 2001, I paid the same price for an 01 S Type Jag that I would pay today for a 2007 model. While having it serviced in 2004, they took 11 hours- 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m- to change the oil. During that time, I was made a lot of promises about a new Cayenne that I was interested in and the great deal they would make on a trade for my 2001, 911 C2Coupe. All lies. When I objected to the final figures and said no- I'm not trading my 911- I was told it was their 911 because I already signed over the title. Sales manager held up the transfer form and smiled as he told me. Said I could pick out another car, but the 911 was his. I kept the Cayenne, hate it- but not as much as I hate Stevinson. More
