We had a 2019 Jag F Pace that we bought from this dealership in 2020. We had is towed over to dealership since we live over an hour away. The first estimate was almost $6,000.00 we explained just fix the main problem we were not looking to rebuild the car. The next estimate to fix the car came back at $2987.00 which we were ensured would get our car back on the road. After almost 2 weeks no offer of a courtesy vehicle or "do you want to look at a new vehicle" I picked the car up on my lunch. I asked Brandon since he was there to take my credit card for payment "Is my car fixed" He responded Yes I test drove it myself. Within 72 hours the low battery light and engine light came on again. My husband called Brandon to let him know which he responded we did what you agreed to and you can have it towed back over and we can look at it again. No offer to come pick it up after the $2,987.00 we have already paid. We decided we could not Trust him or this dealership any further. We decided to trade the car for a brand new Cadillac. I proceeded to leave work with the car barely wanting to start with the low battery and check engine lights still on drove to the Cadillac dealership where the Jag completely died. The salesmen there had to break into the car for me just to get my things out. The car was completely dead. If you want to get robbed go to this service center. I will never recommend this dealership or another Jaguar. SHAME on them! More

We purchased a used Mercedes Benz with low miles and loads of warranty remaining and we also purchased an extended warranty. At the time we were told that also told 2 complementary oil changes were incl loads of warranty remaining and we also purchased an extended warranty. So my check engine light came on a week ago and a day or 2 later my husband got this email photos are enclosed stating it was time for my oil change. We call make an appointment for this and tell them my check engine light is on. Yes they say we will do a diagnostic test while you are here for the oil change. I drive 2 hours to my appointment when I arrive I'm informed that that email is a scam!!! And I'm about the 3rd customer to come in with the same email. So the manager says they will not do the complimentary oil change. But will be happy to check in the engine light. Came back and said they can't because it has to be changed with a MB computer systems. So I drove a total of 4 hours for a car wash. Unbelievable! More

Took my wife’s Range Rover in for service because the check engine light was on. After three days, I was called and advised what was wrong and needed to be corrected. I approved the repairs and costs. Ap check engine light was on. After three days, I was called and advised what was wrong and needed to be corrected. I approved the repairs and costs. Approximately 3 weeks later I returned loaner vehicle, paid for the repairs and left. As soon as I drove off, I noticed the check engine light was still on. I immediately returned and was told it was because additional work needed to be done and gave a price of an additional $1,700.00 dollars(without diagnosing). After several calls to the General Manager, I had service manager reach out and said it would only cost an additional $1,400.00. I’m over an hour drive from dealership. I left message with dealership franchise director, but have never received an response. Everything fixed but the problem!!! More
