We had been doing some research online and decided to drive from the High Desert to check out the inventory here in Riverside, a drive that took a little over an hour. Aaron sincerely listened to our concerns and patiently took us on multiple test drives. After our last drive, we were warmly greeted by one of the sales managers who walked us through important details like vehicle history, engine types, and the services available through their department. As we debated between the Defender and the Sport, the sales team continuously shared personal experiences and additional vehicle knowledge, which genuinely helped us make the final decision on our new '25 Defender. The finance gentleman was fast and highly efficient. As we were leaving, the second sales manager also took the time to introduce himself and ensure all our questions had been answered. Before we drove away, Aaron was incredibly thoughtful, taking the time to set up our personal preferences in the Defender and even pairing my phone.
