Peirce didn't let me know he was off the following two days we engaged in the purchase transaction but before insisting that I needed to fill an out a credit application online after I told that I was pre days we engaged in the purchase transaction but before insisting that I needed to fill an out a credit application online after I told that I was preapproved via my credit union. He went on further to pressure me that he couldn't reserve the car until I filled out the credit application online. Furthermore, he couldn't tell me if the care came with auto folding mirrors and rear wheal steering. I reached out to the sales manager, Mike, who was very helpful. I also had a very negative experience with Casey in the finance department who stated that these cars (EQS) were very problematic when it came to the screen and the digital technology and went on further to state that he had a friend who had much trouble with the car; hence, I really needed to buy the extended warranty to mitigate these known problems. More

What was nice he new everything about our Range Rover sport and answered every question we asked and he showed us and explained to us in detail everything about the cars options after we purchased it. We never felt pressure to purchase and never felt he was on a time limit during the new car demonstration. Shane even let us contact him after hours which was very nice because we had several after hour questions during the process. My wife and I drove 9 hours to purchase this vehicle and would do it again in the future if we got to work with Shane and Sacramento Range Rover dealership. We would love to work with Shane again.
