My car was in the shop for two weeks for a minor issue, I thought I would receive a call or a follow up or an update as to what, when etc.. I never got a call from my Service Rep. or a callback from the Ser thought I would receive a call or a follow up or an update as to what, when etc.. I never got a call from my Service Rep. or a callback from the Service Manager Rebecca as I had left her a vm. Very poor service I must say & very disappointed for a Dealer. I eventually had to call the General Manager and we had a good conversation and he said he would talk to them. STILL never got a phone call after that,.The only guy who was calling me back was Raffi and he was great.. More

I cannot rave enough about the multiple POSITIVE experiences I have had working with the Jaguar Santa Monica team. I came in with a shattered sunroof and multiple other minor damages to my Land Rove experiences I have had working with the Jaguar Santa Monica team. I came in with a shattered sunroof and multiple other minor damages to my Land Rover, and not only did Jorge and his team make the process extremely easy to understand, they also did fantastic work, and made it seem like no damage had ever happened. I originally came into the shop distraught, but Jorge truly took care of both myself and my car and I left feeling so much better. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know and highly encourage others to come to this location if they need any services done!! Thank you to Jorge and the entire service team! More
