Our car was gone for 2 weeks and they didn’t even get the software updated. I paid $1,200 for a rental and got nothing from the service department. That will be our last Rover. More

Hi Aaron, we’re sorry you feel that way about the brand. We do prioritize our clients with appointments first and we did inform you of that prior to you having your vehicle towed here. While here, everything functioned properly on your vehicle and there were no fault codes stored related to your concern, so there was nothing for us to do. We did inform you of a Software Over The Air update that was available for your vehicle and offered to do it at no charge but your tow truck service arrived to pick the vehicle up before we could start on it. We also emailed you instructions on how to update the software remotely, which is exactly what it is intended for. We suggest working with your advisor to schedule the service next time so we can complete the services required in a more timely fashion. Regards, Brian Vance Operations Manager, JLR Tulsa
