I bought a used 2020 S60 T6 in 2024 from a different dealership. It was in great shape and had 32,000 miles on it. I took it to this dealership to have the oil changed and have it looked over to see if dealership. It was in great shape and had 32,000 miles on it. I was told the rear brake pads and rotors were in need of replacing and the front set would need to be replaced pretty soon. I didn't do it. 20,000 miles later, I just had the rear pads and rotors replaced, even though they weren't yet completely worn out and the front are still in good shape. More
This was my first experience with the service department and was very impressed. I would not recommend this dealership, or their services. I just purchased my vehicle July of 2024. I have had to take my vehicle back 4 times for the same issue. They kept telling me nothing was wrong with I just purchased my vehicle July of 2024. I have had to take my vehicle back 4 times for the same issue. They kept telling me nothing was wrong with my brakes even though I could feel the rattling when I drive. Now all of sudden I am “out of my service plan” and my rotors are “completely ran down”. These people are trying to scam customers and pocket commission. I was dealing with Lia wolf, the service rep (who is no longer with the company), and now I guess my services have been turned over to Angie Walters. I purchased my vehicle from James Kenjorski and I talked to him last week about the situation. He still has yet to returned my call. I called in again today and someone called back and just sat on the phone breathing. This place gets a 0/10 from me and is not recommended. My car is still in their possession and every time I’ve had to take it they have it for weeks at a time More

The added option for them to pick up and drop off my car was very nice! They communicated the status of my car via text and were very responsive when I asked questions. Very friendly and I did not feel pres was very nice! They communicated the status of my car via text and were very responsive when I asked questions.
