Initially they had blamed the motor vehicle administration until I checked with the MVA and found out they had not yet sent the paperwork. Their solution was to send a letter asking police officers to not ticket me rather than another temporary registration. This is illegal and I could be put in jail if involved in an accident. They keep giving me dates when the registration will arrive and they have not made one yet. I am stuck with an unregistered vehicle that I can’t register because they have all of the paperwork. The title people do not answer the phone or return phone calls and the receptionist transfers me straight to their voicemail.
