Update, McGovern Jaguar in Peabody agreed to take the car back in for update. They gave me a courtesy vehicle. They informed me again that they could not do the update because again they couldn’t connect to WiFi. Going back to when I purchased the car, Rahmel Hobbs, the sales person told me upon delivery that they couldn’t do update at the time because of WiFi issues, but they will update at next service appointment. Each appointment they didn’t address the issue. Then there was the recall just recently and the can’t do the recall because of WiFi issues with vehicle. Rahmel and there service department knew this all along however they refused to own up to it. I will never purchase another car or service from McGovern in Peabody because of their dishonest practices. The final kicker is they charged me $18 for fuel because I returned the courtesy vehicle with a 1/2 tank and they said they gave it to me with 5/8. Pretty petty in my opinion.
