The service representative was great. The greeter was lazy and rude. When service was completed the sensor showed that a tire was low that hadn’t been prior. I explained that I was not an employee and she could locate a porter. An older employee then stated he would assist me. To tell a customer of a luxury vehicle to go out and search for an employee to assist on something that was not present prior to the service. This should have been observed after the service since it puts a large yellow ring on the dashboard. More
