Purchasing used vehicles is an unenjoyable experience regardless of the place. Despite my many years of purchasing vehicles, in multiple states, and various brands this dealership managed to still surpri regardless of the place. I was BLATANTLY lied to within hours of completing my purchase, and when I tried to communicate with the dealership was completely ignored. I also stated my clear objection to being forced into using their title/registration service as I was transferring an out of state tag and have never successfully completed this. It's been a month and my tag is still not transferred and now I'm being asked to expend, time, money and effort to do what I requested from the beginning. Will not do business with this dealership again. More

The service representative was great. The greeter was lazy and rude. When service was completed the sensor showed that a tire was low that hadn’t been prior. I returned inside to speak to the service representative but she was busy. I the spoke to the greeter and explained the issue. She told me to go out and find a porter to add air. I explained that I was not an employee and she could locate a porter. An older employee then stated he would assist me. To tell a customer of a luxury vehicle to go out and search for an employee to assist on something that was not present prior to the service. This should have been observed after the service since it puts a large yellow ring on the dashboard. More
