My Review of Jaguar Sudbury:
Terrific experience - bought the car ('09 Jag XF) pre-owned here before the dealer attained Jaguar status, had excellent care post-sale. Steve Jutkiewicz bent over backwards to ensure I was happy (and man, I've never loved a car so much or had a better auto purchase experience!). The car has been super-reliable, and a true joy to drive (I giggle every time, and it's been one year and almost 30,000 miles)

Was in for replacement of 2 tire pressure sensors that had corroded and broke off during winter tire switchover at another vendor.
Pat got me in and out in record time (despite the fact that I was late in arriving due to a business conflict). He was good at setting my expectations, and then exceeding them!

Couldn't be happier, and look forward to the future when I will come back for another Jaguar.

My Review of Jaguar Sudbury:
I am a former customer of Lee Jaguar and was sent to Chambers Jaguar of Sudbury for some routine maintenance issues. We have owned many Herb Chambers cars over the years (Toyota & BMW) and the service is ALWAYS perfect..... this time was no exception! Pat was very helpful and friendly. I found him to be an honest and caring service associate. My car was cleaned and looking wonderful when it was returned to me. The price for my repairs seemed fair. In short, Jaguar of Sudbury has the same superior service I have come to expect from the other Herb Chamber dealerships.

My Review of Jaguar Sudbury:
I was sent to Sudbury from the former Lee Jaguar the very day the dealership was transfered. Joe Catalano very graciously took care of me even though it was too soon to know their inventory of Jaguars. I liked him and his sales approach because he was not the typical pushy car salesman. I contacted him about a week later when I knew exactly the car I wanted. Joe was able to find the car. Since I was away at the time, my son who lives nearby in Weston spoke with Joe. They settled on a price. On my return I spoke with Joe, gave him a deposit, and all went smoothly. I picked up the car about a week later.

On the pick up day I met the manager, Michael White, who was also very personable and explained some of the accessories available for my XF.

This positive experience resulted in the high ratings I gave this dealership.

My Review of Jaguar Sudbury:
Anthony sold us our dream car - a 2012 Jaguar XF. He was very pleasant to work with and made our buying experience a really good one. He listened to our requests, answered all our questions, and delievered on all his promises. We shopped at another Jaguar dealer closer to our home, but because of the not so great "vibe" we got from them, decided to drive out to Sudbury and try Herb Chambers. My husband and I are both glad we did, after all, when investing in a higher end automobile the experience should be a good one. We would definitely purchase from Anthony and Herb Chambers/Sudbury Jaguar again!

My Review of Jaguar Sudbury:
Last weekend I discovered that Sudbury now has Jaguar and I am considering a new XJ. my present 04 XJ8 has been good to me so I intend to stick with the brand. I met Joe Catalano and he set me at ease about investigating new possibilities at my own pace. That was exactly what I needed and I will probably buy a new vehicle no later than Spring 2012. I am thinking more and more about it each day. Do I need to tell you where I will purchase my new XJ? Sudbury, and from Joe of course!
