The Dealer has been good and for the most part the service has been decent. On the most recent service trip however I received an estimate for $600 for routine maintenance which is a little high but e service has been decent. I schedule the service and take it in where I initial another estimate with the same amount then wait. My service is completed and when I go to pay it is now over $1000. The dealership added on more services and never informed or asked me about at any point in time. I was 15 feet away from the service department and at no point did they check to make sure that service is okay and I would be willing to pay for it. When it is done they just hand me a bill and argue with me when I explain that was not professional or acceptable to do without asking, they just expected me to pay and gave me zero choices. Never once was there an apology for not communicating to me before completing the service. It makes me hesitant to bring my truck back if they can just do whatever they want no matter the cost to the customer. My first real bad experience that I surely won’t forget. More

Robby and service team kept me up to date as to the status of my vehicle. The dealership was fantastic as I have had no more problems. They bent over backwards to get my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica fixed as I was from Utah was stranded in Cincinnati without it to get back home. More
