I would NEVER deal with General Manager Roger Ballard from James Hodge Ford in Idabel, OK ever, ever again. I was ready to buy a car, had signed all of the paperwork, financed it through Ford, waited for from James Hodge Ford in Idabel, OK ever, ever again. I was ready to buy a car, had signed all of the paperwork, financed it through Ford, waited for over a week to have dealer invoice options installed and was ready to have the car delivered to me approx 150 miles away (sight unseen other than a few pictures) and then Roger cancelled the deal. Roger told me if I wanted to have the car delivered to me on a flatbed truck, it would cost an additional 250.00!! I already bought the car for just a few dollars under MSRP and it already had around 600 miles on the odometer!! Now, you are trying to get $250.00 more from me? After I said "NO" he cancelled the deal. He is the most unprofessional car dealer/manager I have ever dealt with and and he is giving James Hodge Ford an ugly reputation. My family and I have never dealt with someone like this guy and we have purchased many, many brand new Fords over our years. Avoid this dealership!!! No car is worth this headache. Because of Roger Ballard, I am also done with buying another Ford car!!! Ford, you have lost a family of very loyal customers!! More

Katy was really good to work with and the car checked out as she explained it to me over the phone. They took care of the two minor things I wanted corrected and had the car ready for pickup when I returne as she explained it to me over the phone.
