Very Bad Experience at Jarrett Ford! Avoid them at all cost! We made an appointment with an online associate. We showed up during our time slot. (Friday @2pm) we were a little early so we were going to start looking at the truck...Weird part was we parked right next to the Truck we were there to buy and another truck pulls up and a guy jumps out of the passenger seat and gets in the truck and drives off with it. A salesman is standing there Jaythan and I said did you sell the truck we came to look at? So after a few minutes, they brought it back around and parked it so we could look at it. We came to the dealership with a cashiers check from our bank Truist written out to Jarrett Ford based on the price listed on their internet web site. We took into consideration that there would be taxes, dealer fees, etc...there is a Jerrett Advantage fee that is $1995.00 that is for bug spray, rain x , wax for the paint, and some other things that is not an option, as they automatically add it along with other fees. Also we knew there was a trade in and we would have to come to an agreement on what they would give us. Of course they pulled their reports of what their truck was worth and ours. 2 different reports. One for theirs and a different one for our trade. Then found out through car fax that the truck we were looking at was in a Minor accident but their printer "quit working" We let Jaythan know up front that we have purchased 2 trucks there previously and really did not want to be there for hours dickering on price and could he get the sales manager to let him know we were interested in buying this particular truck. We came to an agreement on trade in and price we would pay them. He (Sales Manager-Paul ) said we would need $2500 more than our cashiers check was for. I countered back with we will give you the cashiers check plus $2,000. ($500. less than what he was asking) and we have a deal. He came back and said no he needed $2500.00. He said they had the truck on the lot for 80 days and they will just take it to the auction instead of taking $500 off the price. We said Thank you, grabbed our key fobs and left. On Saturday, Jaythan reached out to apologize and said he would have liked to earn our business. Text him back and said you still have our business we said we will take the deal but for $500 less. We agreed to give them $2000 not $2500. He said he would talk with his sales Manager Paul and get back with us. His Sales Manager Paul reached out by voicemail and a text. I responded to him that we were still interested if he could meet us with the $2000 more instead of the $2500. More. After several text back and forth he finally said as a courtesy since we purchased 2 other trucks from them that he would waive the $500. He explained he was off Saturday and we could do the deal on Monday. Then text to say they closed at 5:00pm but could possibly thread the needle if we can get there as soon as possible before they closed. We drove back 40 miles one way, only to get a phone call from Jaythan that they made a mistake and now they need $5000 cash down to close the deal. We were 2 minutes from the dealership when he called us so we turned around and went home. Text Paul to tell him what happened, we both agreed to wait until Monday (today 8/11/25) to figure it all out. Long story short, we could not come to an agreement even though I have it in a text message from him as he said he now needs $5000 cash down. There is a lot more to this but I'm trying not to bring in specifics but can show anyone if needed as I have all the text message communication between us. We will be contacting Ford Motor Company also. So much for being a loyal customer! Very poor customer service. More

Jarett Ford advertised a Ranger for $31626. When I went to purchase the vehicle turns out the price they were charging was $33625. In the paperwork they add a line item ADVANTAGE for $1999. A When I went to purchase the vehicle turns out the price they were charging was $33625. In the paperwork they add a line item ADVANTAGE for $1999. ADVANTAGE is a bunch of nonsensical add-ons no one wants. They tell you all the cars have the $6000 of rain protectant and head light protector, roadside assistance, nitrogen tires, accident help and bla bla bla. That would make it all part of the car and in turn should be included in the price of the car. The advertised price is not the price, it's a lie. More
