Great sales experience. Everyone there was great. Found a small ding in the door & brought it to their attention. There was a small paint issue on the passenger door edge as Everyone there was great. Didn't hear anything from them for maybe a week, maybe less. Tried calling my sales guy twice. No response. Left a email. No response. I had a text from the dealership & I sent them a message through that method & I did get a quick response. Told them about my issues & I was told that someone would get back to me on Monday. Nope. I think I got a call from someone maybe Wednesday 0r Thursday. I was at work & I couldn't hear who I was speaking to. Maybe it was my sales guy, IDK. They said they would drop off a loaner & have someone drive my truck back to the dealership. Really nice of them for sure, but I really don't want anyone driving it so I asked if I could bring it in on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. I was told they weren't sure if their repair guy would be there that day, they would reach out to him & let me know. We'll, again I never heard back. I went ahead & had a painless dent guy come to my house & fixed the ding. Oh well. It's fixed & I don't have to go back to the dealership. I have nothing but positive things to say about the communication before the sale & the people I dealt with during the sale. It was excellent. But the after sale communications definitely need improvement. More
Mason was the person I worked with to purchase my new Envision. He was very helpful and professional. I went back after a few days (I had forgotten my I Pass from the prior vehicle). Carson removed it a Envision. He was very helpful and professional. I went back after a few days (I had forgotten my I Pass from the prior vehicle).
