I came up there to get my oil changed and was assisted in the best way possible to be able to trade my 06 Tahoe in and be put in an 08 Escalade. The whole team there took their time and effort to make sure i the best way possible to be able to trade my 06 Tahoe in and be put in an 08 Escalade. I can't say enough about Dale. I had a hard to detect problem with a leaking fuel injector and Dale made it a point to get to the bottom of it and get it resolved for me. He called me after the fact to m problem with a leaking fuel injector and Dale made it a point to get to the bottom of it and get it resolved for me. He called me after the fact to make sure the problem was totally resolved and said that if I experienced any related problems just to drive there without having to make an appointment and he would look at the car right then. Dale made me feel that he really cared that I was satisfied. I haven't had good experiences in the past in dealing with various dealerships and so I was quite leary, but now I will go to Dale any time if I have a problem or need regular service for my car. More

I was told by service department my car was ready and just had to be picked up by 8:oo. When I arrived at 6:40, I paid for the work done but had no keys. After about 15 minutes of waiting I spoke with John who was rude as xxxx and told me that I didn't talk with anyone from his department because they close at 5:oo. There was apparently some communication problem somewhere and instead of taking blame for it John blamed me. Complete joke this place is. Respectfully, John A. Minehart More
