We weren't actually expecting to buy anything that day, but they offered us a very good deal. We left for other errands and to mull it over. During that time, we had several questions and concerns, and Nick responded very quickly by both phone and email, providing all the information we asked for. After the purchase, Nick stayed late to make sure we understood all the important driving features of the car, since he knew we had a 2-hour drive home, and the car has a number of unfamiliar (at least to us) systems for highway driving. The only hiccup was during the actual purchase process, when there was some annoying haggling over the cost of the extended warranty; the numbers presented to us were obfuscated, such that the price we were actually asked to pay went up significantly during the actual signing. This necessitated another price discussion and a complete redo of the paperwork: not fun. Other than that, though, our shopping and buying experience was great. We'd certainly recommend checking out this dealership. More
