I was and am very upset with your dealership I will never purchase a vehicle from any Falhaber dealership EVER! I came in there to test drive a 2013 370Z & I had explained that I was working on a deal bu purchase a vehicle from any Falhaber dealership EVER! I came in there to test drive a 2013 370Z & I had explained that I was working on a deal but nothing solid with the dealership in FF, after the test drive I was convinced I would own/lease one of these cars. Your sales person shot some numbers at me and look GREAT almost too good to be true in comparison with the trial number I was receiving from Wyler in Fairfield and after further persuasion from the salesman he wanted to see where I was at as far as a potential deal with getting a 2013 370Z. After myself asking multiple times at least four that I am 100% about to your salesman to make sure and not run my credit, “I was not at that stage yet” & I wanted to get back with my long time and future dealership Wyler in Fairfield. I was told by your salesman over and over again that they would NOT run my credit period. But low and behold your salesman did thusly just that and ran my credit trying to push a deal through with Nissan against my wishes. By doing that it had locked me in to be stuck with that deal that your salesman received back form Nissan and I would then be forced to work with your dealership and that salesman to vie for better rates/terms & such. This was highly unprofessional and in my opinion, a good ole fashioned way of trying to make return to your dealership to work that deal with your salesman. I also then three days later purchase a used Xterra from another dealership for $10000.00 and paid cash I might add. I will tell everyone that I know that even mentions about going to ANY Falhaber dealership to stay away and share my unhappy experience “I didn’t even purchase a car from your dealership” jut the results of a lying salesman after a test drive. I have also filed a formal complaint in this matter seeing I am a VPP customer and this was highly unprofessional and unethical practice from your dealership or salesman either way it was plain WRONG. More
Falhaber Nissan is one of the best dealerships, if not the BEST, I went to during my search for a new vehicle. I went to over 6 different dealerships, and dealt extensively with 3. Only at Nissan did I always feel welcome and was always "thanked" when I came in. The sale associated went out of their way to make me feel at home, and never pushed or pressured me to buy. Brant bended over backwards to accommodate me and my wishes. They were straight foreword with pricing and options from the very beginning. It was nice to feel like they wanted to sell "my dream car" to me, instead of just wanting to sell "a" car to me just to get it out/off the lot. More

I'm happy to say the Falhaber team upheld their reputation! Car buying and shopping with them was fast, easy, and fun...they were extremely knowledgeable in regards to their inventory, lead me to the exact car I wanted, and were fun and friendly to deal with! I truly enjoyed the car buying process because of them! My loyalty will stay with Falhaber Nissan! Thanks Brant for having a great sense of humor during the process, Rick for his friendliness and patience with me, and Brian for locating my perfect first car! More
