However, when I called to set up an appointment to bring in my car for an oil change and tire rotation, w I have been a customer for about 7 years. However, when I called to set up an appointment to bring in my car for an oil change and tire rotation, which was one week in advance, Mia the robot made the appointment which never got on the schedule and when I arrived I was told I had no appointment.
