There was confusion over the price of the vehicle and my trade in … the Kelly blue book value -high end was 23,000 …that was fair - what was not was the 7,000 trade in had already been applied. We agreed on 19,500… over all it was good but not the deal I thought I was getting. That is the manager (?) and my fault . I will be sure to have things presented a little more clearly next time. Great car- but not a great deal… butI took the deal… so little to complain about other then slight misdirection. More
