Hailie was our sales person. She was phenomenal! She spent 3 hrs with us showing and reviewing every detail of the car, she did not pressure us into running credit or financing. She was phenomenal! She took her time to make sure we knew all the fine details of the car, she was extremely thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She explained each process and answered questions. The overall experience was very pleasing, the finance people were helpful and knowledgeable. This was hands down the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD. (Just as a note I have bought 7 cars in 6 yrs so I have been through this a few times) would recommend Hailie and the finance team at Jenkins Acura of Ocala above any other. 10/10 More
