DO NOT GO THERE. I bought a CPO, and 3 months of owning it there was major problems that multiple mechanics stated could not of occurred during this duration. And even taking it back to the dealership they also stated that for the damage that occurred my car would have been towed or in a wreck. (Which it was in neither) so with no help from the GM, they gave me a “discount” and would not compliment me which was clearly their mistake selling me a car with previous damage. Very rude customer service. If you feel the need to buy a car there. Take a master mechanic and double check their work before you purchase a car by them. I never felt more dissatisfied. If I could I would give this 0 stars. More
Trouble scheduling appt, then when I called to confirm, I wasn't on schedule. Did get in and service was OK. Next day I get call confirming appt for Mr. Layman, who passed away in 2020, for the following d wasn't on schedule. Did get in and service was OK. I left a message and no one reached out to me to apologize. Really poor communication and service scheduling. More
My visit on 06. 22.2023 with Service Advisor, Shane Tofthagen and the Service Manager, Callie Zimmerman both outstanding ! They both assisted me in every way possible with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. A great experience working with both of them. The issues I have with Jenkins Jeep In Homosassa is: They let a dog run loose (no collar, no leash) throughout the dealership, including the visitor lounge. The dog barks, runs up to customers, a general nuisance.. This is unacceptable. Whatever the reason for the dog in the building (Service dog, comfort animal, no dog babysitter) it should be with the employee at all times. There are rules set forth covering this, Jenkins and the employee are not following them. In addition, If a customer were to enter the building with their dog (been there when this had happened in a previous visit), and the employee dog is running all over the place, there could be some serious consequences, NOT in Jenkins favor. Lastly, the 12 chairs in the customer lounge are disgusting, ripped, stuffing coming out of them, pieces of plastic littered all over the floor. They all look like a cat ripped them apart with their claws. There is NO excuse for this, but I am sure Jenkins will come up with an excuse to make Jeep and Jenkins home office happy. After leaving the lounge, the first thing that comes to mind is, do I need a tetanus shot? Were there bedbugs in them? I have a picture sample of the chairs that I would share, upon request. I am sure my next visit will be great with Shane and Callie. The lounge and the animal issue remains to be seen. More
