I reached out to Jenkins Ford via their website after hours to test drive a vehicle. Nikki was very thorough and expeditiously completed the purchase contract. She explained the contract line by line. She and Brandon completed the entire purchase from arrival to sale in two hours. Nikki and the service manager worked the next day to resolve an issue related to the car but not related to Jenkins staff or dealership in any way.
