2016 Veloster purchase Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has been a outstanding dealership to do business with on purchasing a new vehicle. We have owned 4 Hyundai's over the years, Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala has been a outstanding dealership to do business with on purchasing a new vehicle. We have owned 4 Hyundai's over the years, Accent, Elantra, Sonata and our latest purchase of the New 2016 Veloster, all purchased at this dealership. Hyundai has been an outstanding vehicle for us and that includes all four of them. This dealership has always been great place to go when purchasing a new or preowned vehicle. There Sales Staff and Management personel have always been great and our latest and greatest of all has been Mr. Nicolas ( Nico ) Estrada Avila who helped us with our new Veloster. A very professional, very personable young man ( Sales Pro ) who knows his product very well and works with strong ethics, integrity and a pleasant personality to make your experience at Hyundai of Ocala a very rewarding experience, you can't help but keep coming back for your next vehicle. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the vehicle I ended up purchasing with these guys. Dominique was still training at the time and did a wonderful job explaining everything and what he wasn't sure of, he made sure to get an answer for me in a timely manner. My teenage daughter who will be using this vehicle as she learns to drive, was very excited as well and asked Dominique if we could get a bow for the picture...he went out of his way and happily obliged. Overall satisfaction of the entire car buying process at this dealership is a strong 10!! I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you! More

Why Jenkins Hyundai is so Successful My husband and I had been shopping around for months and had visited several dealerships from several different manufacturers. We were very impressed My husband and I had been shopping around for months and had visited several dealerships from several different manufacturers. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the Jenkins dealership. We were referred by a relative to see his salesman. That salesman was no longer at Jenkins, but we were very happy with William Castaneda! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. The sales manager was also very professional and willing to work with us. Juan Del Arco, the business manager, was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. After the sale, Shannon Rodis helped tie up a few loose ends and we were invited to a New Owner dinner and presentation where service procedures were summarized and the floor was opened to questions. Buying a vehicle is not usually a very pleasant experience, but this time was different. We know now why Jenkins is so successful - they really have their act together! More
