I I requested zero weight 20 motor oil send thetic and received a blended synthetic 5w30 My Subaru owners manual clearly spells 0w20 full synthetic motor oil. My car Went in for oil change and tire rotation per my Maus Care. Wanted to see if my AC was working properly cause it has been cycling a lot. Was told it would be $145.00 to check it out and that would be deducted from bill if anything found wrong and repaired. Seems excessive to me so I refused it and will check else where. I had an issue with my breaks and rotors. Brittany from the service department was very sweet. I had to come back the next day to have my vehicle looked at again and Brittany was very helpful.
