That dealership has changed this has been my three time with this woman 1) very rude 2)fair 3) I waited two hours (said not busy cause I was early)I had an oil change only, she brought up two other custome with this woman 1) very rude 2)fair 3) I waited two hours (said not busy cause I was early)I had an oil change only, she brought up two other customers papers same time as mine; did I have to wait that long on purpose so she could make one trip???
