Worst experience ever. Offered high interest loan. Was not delivered on time. Delivery driver tried to fight our yard manager. Delivered without a temporary tag. I bought my VW from Jonathan Branch, very nice and easy to talk . He needed to meet his quota for the month. He hadthe SUV delivered to Princeton, WV, where my wife was having surgery. The bill of sale to talk . He needed to meet his quota for the month. He hadthe SUV delivered to Princeton, WV, where my wife was having surgery. The bill of sale didn,t show my deposite but the bill of sale was correct at the bottom $13,800.00. I will deal with Jonathan in the future. The computer showed the SUV needed to be serviced in 25 miles, check with the Service Dept if the SUV was serviced? Thanks More

Jerry Hunt Superstore offered a typical car buying experience, with a few notable aspects. The no haggle pricing is a definite plus, simplifying the negotiation process. However, there were some area experience, with a few notable aspects. The no haggle pricing is a definite plus, simplifying the negotiation process. However, there were some areas that could be improved. A minor annoyance was the vehicle being returned with a half-full tank after refueling. A more significant concern was the overly aggressive push for a service contract without adequate explanation of the terms, which can come across a little "scammy". After further review I cancelled the contract the next day. Additionally, the claim that most paperwork could be completed over the phone proved inaccurate, resulting in an extended in-person visit. While these issues are not uncommon in the car sales industry, they did detract from the overall experience. Ultimately, the quality of the vehicle purchased outweighs these minor inconveniences, and the dealership does offer a wide selection. Potential buyers should be aware of these potential issues and be prepared for a standard car buying experience. More
