The staff was very polite, but the entire process was difficult and frustrating because the salesperson that handled the sale was either uninformed, misinformed, or dishonest (I can't say which), about t difficult and frustrating because the salesperson that handled the sale was either uninformed, misinformed, or dishonest (I can't say which), about the procedures for purchasing from out of state. I was told one thing (particularly regarding time frames for processing and transfer), over and over; only to find that the things I was promised could not be delivered. Also, there were fees that were not mentioned when I asked the initial contact person I spoke with about the "out the door cost". I don't mind that things get complicated, take longer, or cost more as a result of purchasing outside of the "traditional" channels. What I cannot stand, is when someone makes promises, and then gives me excuses because he/she didn't understand their own policies and procedures. This was a time sensitive transaction. I never would have moved forward if I had been given all the facts up front. Once I was aware of the reality and the time it would take; it was too late to go back and start over. As a result; my business suffered and I lost money. More
