Run away from the service department. 9:30 am service appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and check auxiliary battery as the start stop function is not operative. Two hours later I am told it's done and that the auxiliary battery is fine with no problem. I knew there was no way the start stop was fixed in this amount of time so I told the service writer to drive my vehicle around the block. As I knew it did not work so he brings vehicle back to service and tells me they are working on it. After another three hours I walk to the back so I can check on my vehicle and it's sitting in the back lot. I assume the tech was butt hurt and decided to do something else. So at 3:30pm I told them to just give it back to me. This place is a joke. More

I went here to get an oil change done a little while back. Got my truck back, the seat had been moved in every direction possible as if they were going on a road-trip. I had to spend 10 minutes re-adjusting the seat, then spent the next day and a half working on getting set the exact way I had it... I drive A LOT, and need my seat where it is comfortable. That being said, starting at 7 am (when they are supposed to open in Service), my wife called them 15 times today and left 4 voicemails to be called back, even calling the General Manager and leaving them a voicemail. Seems like no one there wants to answer a phone or call anyone back. Finally at 3:45 pm she gets a call back from a woman that had an attitude and could care less about the customer. My wife asked to have our appointment canceled and was not once apologized to. Do not give this place your money. Go elsewhere. LOUSY SERVICE! More
Hey just wanted to say I had a awesome experience buying a truck from this dealership. My sales rep David "Ace" Ventura was the coolest guy. Pulled up the exact truck I wanted, answered all my questions and got me a better finance rate than what my own Bank of America quoted me. He even got me a little congratulations gift to celebrate my new truck. Drove down 1.5 hrs from Scottsdale to Casa Grade for their offer and couldn't be happier!! More

Beware of this dealer! I took my 2015 Dodge Ram in to the service department for an estimate on what it would cost to fix a ticking noise in the engine. I was told that the exhaust manifold on both sides had service department for an estimate on what it would cost to fix a ticking noise in the engine. I was told that the exhaust manifold on both sides had broken studs and that it would cost $1200.00-$1800.00 to fix the problem. I took it to another local mechanic shop and got it repaired for under $250.00. It turned out that only one side had two broken studs and it was fixed in around 4 hours. More
We usually take our Dodge vehicle to Dodge service centers for repair when possible. Thus, we took it to the service center here for air conditioner issues. It meant we had to rent a car so we rente centers for repair when possible. Thus, we took it to the service center here for air conditioner issues. It meant we had to rent a car so we rented for 2 days as that's the time period we were told. It took 4 days to get it back. We were never given a complete estimate. Conversation with the service department always left us wondering what they were saying. We felt it was like Larry, Moe and Curly -- remember them? Even when we went to pick it up we couldn't get a straight answer. We felt they were waving us off. While waiting for the finishing we saw a service employee stepping on the accelerator and zooming out of the lot! What? Slow it down! He was gone 15 minutes testing our air conditioner! Did he wear a mask in our truck -- nope. We definitely weren't happy with him not being cautious and driving our truck the way he did without a mask. Next we headed to the main area of sales and office to pay and didn't see one person with a mask covering his face. Oh there were a couple with those masks on their chins. Definitely not a place we ever plan on returning too. More
