Only covers 50% of some things and not a great warranty either. I was told by the another sales person it had a warranty before I looked at the car. Then when we went to purchase they said that it had no warranty. Because it was in the texts conversation, they did honor it. Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer. Will definitely purchase from them again! I had a sense this may be the culture of this group here, and the service to my wife’s Ford EchoSport confirmed this. There is a Ford service center less than 2 miles from my home that both my wife and daughter had terrible service. The 10 mile drive to Jerry’s is worth it! More

The car arrived 1 week later (it was elsewhere in the country) in the exact spec, with the exact financial terms that I stated, and the process of in & out of the dealership was less than 30 minutes. OK maybe 60 minutes but thats because I wanted to chat about cars and trucks.
