Han, Which issues were not addressed or forgotten about? We addressed the issue with the rattle from behind the dash board. We addressed the vent issue under the passenger seat which was standard on all Explorers, We also tried to fix the trim piece which I explained would have to be ordered and we could do that, but you would need to come back and have it installed. We also provided a loner vehicle to help. We know you came an hour and a half to come purchase your car and tried to make it as easy as possible, but aside from keeping the rental for another week, I’m sure what else I could have done.

We also installed the mudflaps that were delivered to the dealership after you had taken delivery. I apologize if we forgot something, if you can remind me of what it was, I would appreciate it. If we did forget something I know our body shop is closed on Saturday and you picked up on July 12 which is a Saturday, otherwise I would have made sure they addressed it on the spot.

You purchased the 23rd of June. The mud flaps arrived on July 8 as I indicated in a email to you. Yes, you got home and they didn’t have the mud flaps. It was an oversight on my part that I will take responsibility for.. You originally thought you were purchasing one vehicle and switched to another close to the time service closed. I explained it wouldn’t be able to go through service and be cleaned. Typically service would have installed the mudflaps during that process. You agreed it was ok the vehicle didn’t go through service to be cleaned. You asked me on the 23rd about them at 11:36 pm. You called me that next morning as I was trying to track them down and told you I could save you a trip and mail them when they came in or install them when your schedule allowed. Please stop trying to portray that someone was trying to get something over on you or someone didn’t do something they did. I stood with the body shop at they removed the trim and reinstalled it. It fit the same way and would not be noticeable if it was moved. I asked you if you wanted me to order the trim piece, you declined and said you would go to a dealership closer to your house. I didn’t not order the trim piece beforehand because I wanted you to look at it after it was adjusted. I expressed that the new trim piece may be molded a different way and you may not be happy with that one. I apologize for your unhappiness but will not stand for someone questioning the integrity of the dealership. Any promises that were made were upheld and anything I could do to try to fix the situation was attempted. I never stated anything I did was over the top or extraordinary, but felt we tried our best to uphold anything we promised.
