Randy, I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. When we inspected the vehicle, we found that the 250-amp main fuse was blown and the starter was drawing excessive amperage, which caused the fuse to fail. While applying 12 volts directly to the starter could make it engage, it would immediately blow the fuse again because the amperage draw exceeded the fuse’s rating. We apologize for any confusion regarding the repair explanation.
