We purchased a car last year in November for my son to learn and drive this August. We put less than 1000 miles on it and the transmission went out. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty but they learn and drive this August. We put less than 1000 miles on it and the transmission went out. Fortunately I purchased the extended warranty but they still charged me my deductible. Fair but not best practice in my opinion. Then the car sat in shop for three weeks. Communication could have been better. All in all y got fixed but I honestly felt it was at their leisure. More
