Kristopher Daly did a fantastic job for me on October 14th when I had to return my car because the lease was up. He went above and beyond to make the transaction easy and was very friendly and helpful. 14th when I had to return my car because the lease was up. The service needs improving. I had a appointment today and was waiting to get check in with 5 people in front of me and two being serviced. Wasn't going to wait for the additional five at that rate. They don't offer a drop off service any longer either. Why schedule appointments if you can't get your customers check in timely. Was going to inquire on a new car while waiting, there lost and won't go back!!! More
