Professional and speedy My Buick Regal needed to have a recall taking care of, one call to Jim Causley took care of everything. The person taking the call was very courteous My Buick Regal needed to have a recall taking care of, one call to Jim Causley took care of everything. The person taking the call was very courteous knew exactly what we needed checked on parts and availability of them return my phone call to let me know that they were scheduled me an appointment. Then a service rep from Jim Causley call me back to make sure everything was good with the date and that he would schedule a courtesy shuttle for myself to get back home while my car was being repaired. They called a few hours later to let me know that the car was done and said they would send a shuttle to my house to pick me up, now that's service More
