My spouse brought in my carvwith a battery problem and was quoted for that. However, the service representative also pushed for service requirements that I have previously personally declined AND confi was quoted for that. However, the service representative also pushed for service requirements that I have previously personally declined AND confirmed to the service representative TWICE BEFORE that they have been completed! I even have a service completion report for the said service (spark plug maintenance) from another auto shop and it was completed at a 98,000m service. So your service representative has directed my wife to complete a service that is done every 100,000m and was already completed on my car in March. Of course the service is very pricey (Cost almost $900) but was completely unnecessary. Even your service engineer would have EASILY noticed that new spark plugs were in place and should have come back to the service representative and told him that a spark plug maintenance service was unnecessary. I have worked with your service representative before and THREE times I have declined this spark plugs were maintenservice and confirmed to him that it has been completed prior. Why does he keep bringing it up for my record? It is even completed and updated on the vehicle CarFax. This unnecessary costly maintenance has resulted in a significant and unnecessary financial burden and I am mightily disappointed that the service representative took advantage of a customer with leas knowledge to push it through. More

the tech DID NOT tighten the lug nut on several tires after balancing the tires. could have resulted in a catastrophic injury to me. additionally the tech stripped a stud. subsequently returned to the de after balancing the tires. could have resulted in a catastrophic injury to me. additionally the tech stripped a stud. subsequently returned to the dealership to have it replaced. it was not. the damaged stud was not replaced despite the service manager stating it would be fixed. the resulting careless caused me to have to replace an after market rim, and the wheel hub assembly at my expense since both were damaged by the actions of an inept tech who was not supervised. in all a very disappointing experience. i expected better for a loyal customer.
