Chevy Cruze Repair I brought my son's vehicle in to diagnose and repair a "check engine" indicator light. It took longer than expected to identify and correct he problem I brought my son's vehicle in to diagnose and repair a "check engine" indicator light. It took longer than expected to identify and correct he problem, due partly to the holiday season and associated delays in obtaining the needed parts. During the process, the service advisor did a great job of keeping me informed and she even arranged for the technician who repaired the vehicle to speak with me about what was done and why. Both employees were friendly and professional. The only negative to my service experience was the cost - $2500 to repair a 1-year old vehicle that was purchased from the same dealership. Over $1 K for parts and another $1 K plus for labor. I was even charged $20 for gas so the vehicle could be test driven. The vehicle was repaired and runs great again but I'm sure not feeling the love. More
