Problem not fixed first time. Had problem again 1 week later Returned car after saying they fixed problem. 1 week later had same problem and had to have car towed it because of Electronic Power Steering problem Returned car after saying they fixed problem. 1 week later had same problem and had to have car towed it because of Electronic Power Steering problem and was not drivable. Trying to get an answer to the service desk was hard to get. They transferred me at which time no one answered at the number I was transferred to. Tried calling back to service desk and no one answered. More

Speedy greeting. Wasn’t overly pushy about recommended service. Wait was not too long for the services. Enjoyed some coffee and worked remote. Fast & Courteous I had my car in the repair center for a warranty issue. The technicians that assisted me were extremely courteous and helpful. They kept me updated I had my car in the repair center for a warranty issue. The technicians that assisted me were extremely courteous and helpful. They kept me updated along the way and even offered assistance in getting back to the shop to drive my car home. The service was incredible. They worked with me every step of the way! They listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. I'm very pleased. More

Lavar took the time to explain to me the service needed for my vehicle. Showed and explained the types of tires available, broke down exactly what each service would cost and how long it would take. When I told Lavar I was not able to wait he arranged a loaner vehicle and helped me through the process. When the full multipoint inspection was completed Lavar called me and told me what was found and recommended what needed to be fixed. When I returned to pick up my vehicle Lavar completed my experience taking me walking around my vehicle pointing out what was done, kind words and smile. More
