She kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle and made sure we had refreshments during out wait. She was lovely and the staff at the service center were all very friendly and helpful. This was the first time in our service visits that the wait was going to be about 2 hours (right before We've had good experiences at this location. This was the first time in our service visits that the wait was going to be about 2 hours (right before Christmas). The service advisor offered transportation to our house so we wouldn't have to wait in their waiting room. He ordered a Lyft (free) for us and we got home quickly. This worked out great for us & we were able to run errands and go back later to pick up our vehicle. Very satisfied. More

Friendly Staff I took my vehicle into Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw for the 30K mile maintenance package. I was told 4 hours would probably be the time it would take. They were experiencing some power issues and had no lights in some of the bays. They still got my vehicle to me in just over 3 hours. More

Thorough and great customer service Mark was helping me w a catalytic converter part coming in. I was concerned about picking up my kids and he was doing absolutely everything he could t Mark was helping me w a catalytic converter part coming in. I was concerned about picking up my kids and he was doing absolutely everything he could to accommodate my needs. They were a little bit behind schedule on finishing it up due to the catalytic converter heat but nonetheless apologetic and offered a free car wash for the unfortunate misunderstanding. Thwy were sincere and didnt want to do a job halfway and made sure that everything was perfect in my car. I did end up having to pick up my kids from the school but I was grateful that my car was in good hands and that my families safety was not affected bc of the time restraints. Their customer service is always top notch and I always am greeted there with such kind smiles and compliments. My kids love the area to play as well. Thank you for always doing the job 100% even when time commitments arent always met. You still did your jobs and I am grateful for a good car company that is committed to value, fulfillment and good vibes in customer service. Thanks kia! More
