He also showed us another car for my other daughter that she'd may like. We returned on Friday so my other daughter could test-drive the one we'd spotted for her. The purchasing process for both cars went smoothly as the financial gentleman was polite and explained everything. Once the cars were purchased, Raul explained the buttons and the "techie" stuff to the girls so they'd be ready to drive and use the tech effectively. Our experience at Jim Ellis VW was great.
