I rented a car in Palm Springs, drove to Jim Falk Beverly Hills and bought a 2 year old pre-owned ES 350 with less that 6,000 mile in perfect condition. However, I had to return the rental car back to Palm Hills and bought a 2 year old pre-owned ES 350 with less that 6,000 mile in perfect condition. However, I had to return the rental car back to Palm Springs so I could drive the new car home. Jim Falk's staff were wonderful and facilitated the return of the rental car in L.A. I was able to drive my '"new" pre-owned car back to the desert. That car is now 9 years old and is still in perfect condition. I have it serviced once a year and will purchase another Lexus when needed. Thank you. More

Take more time to clean the car! Did not have a good experience. Went here to get my first service done, and by the end of it, the inside of the car was still pretty dirty. I showed i Did not have a good experience. Went here to get my first service done, and by the end of it, the inside of the car was still pretty dirty. I showed it to one of the Lexus guys standing outside and he brought a cloth and some soap and cleaned the door panels from inside. Then after I left, I noticed that they did not even open the small compartment behind the gear as it was still dirty. The little area at the side of the seats was also dirty. Looks like somebody just vacuumed the car for less than 2 minutes and was done with it. Pretty annoyed, actually surprised and absolutely not expected from a Lexus dealership! More
