The advisor did a great job during our visit. I was upset when I arrived at 9am without an appointment and was told it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. So I had to set an appointment 6 hours later for 3pm. I had never had to do that before and had never been given any kind of notice. So I wasn’t happy that to get our 2025 Traverse serviced I had to make 2 trips to Tulsa. I believe the appointment idea is a good thing but a notice would have been nice.
