I’m so glad we’ve got Jim Hudson Cadillac in Augusta now! The service team is super responsive and they keep you in the loop with what’s going on. The Sales team is also amazing! If they don’t know something, they go straight to GM support and they got my initial service completed with very little resistance. Rob explained everything to me so I understood what had to be done. He arranged for my loaner car to be brought to me at home since I had to have my car towed to the dealership.
