Lack of Concern for Customer Two of my three problems were not addressed, so I took my car to another local Chevrolet dealership. The other dealership was quickly able fix the remaining two problems. Also, when I picked up my car, the emergency brake cord was hanging underneath the vehicle and the air was low on the tires (indicated by low pressure warnings on dash). One of the men working on the service desk kindly came out to help me. I returned the next day and spoke to service manager, but he didn't seem too concerned. In fact, he said I contributed to concerns not being addressed due to my description of the car problems. I will not be returning, which is sad since I purchased two previous cars when they were Capital Hyundai & Chevrolet and used their service departments. Stivers has a lot to learn about customer service! More
