I had a great experience at Jim Marsh with my Sales Rep, Juan, and during my finance (paperwork closings) with Tommy. We traded in our 2024 KIA Seltos that we bought from Jim Marsh KIA last year, & bought Juan, and during my finance (paperwork closings) with Tommy. We traded in our 2024 KIA Seltos that we bought from Jim Marsh KIA last year, & bought a new 2025 KIA Sorento. 3-days later, again with Juan, we also traded in our 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport SV AWD for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4WD Extended Cab 4-Door that only had 14,000 miles on it, that they just took in on a trade. I had asked Juan to find me a nice one and call me if one showed up. Surprisingly it appeared quickly and I liked it! They’re not pushy, or high pressure salesy people. I appreciate their straightforward approach to doing business. They offered every discount and rebate, explained every benefit and offer and got us the best financing we were qualified for without all the xx games so many of the dealers in Vegas are famous for. It was a nice experience just like the other times we’ve been to their dealership. We didn’t need to spend hours and hours to get the old car traded in for the new car. This felt manipulative, especially since I was clear about needing a car due to urgent circumstances.The pricing was far from transparent. The vehicle’s cost was inflated with excessive, undisclosed fees that were only revealed late in the process, making the deal feel deceptive. When I asked for critical details about the lease—such as the interest rate, loan term, money factor, and depreciation value—the staff dodged my questions or provided vague responses, leaving me unable to make an informed decision.It’s evident that this dealership takes advantage of customers’ trust and urgency, using slick tactics to obscure costs and terms. I fell for their approach due to my inexperience, but I strongly advise others to avoid Jim Marsh Kia. Look for a dealership that prioritizes honesty, transparency, and respect for customers. Refused to take credit car payment over the phone from my son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted son so I couple pick his car up because the service writer for the ticket went home early. 2 other managers refused to take the payment, and wasted my time, and now will be requiring me to come back tomorrow if that service writer is back. All of this for a repair that should have been covered under the Kia engine recall anyway More
