This is not the dealership‘s fault. This is not the technician‘s fault or the service manager‘s fault or or Jesse‘s fault they were fantastic. They got 10 stars out of 10. but the xx dealerships have to go through to get #Warranty stuff taken care of is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody should have to wait that long and continuously go back-and-forth back-and-forth back-and-forth with the #Warranty department to get things covered shame on you Ford. I was willing to give Ford another chance, but I picked my truck up and I drove it right to Dave Kring Chevrolet and traded it in seriously I did. I do not believe I will ever own another Ford again, very disappointed, but Jesse thank you very much. You are fantastic to work with and your service department was fantastic to work with, but there was not one other soul in that dealership that even spoke a word to me or even smiled. More
Oil change and tire rotation - in/out in a timely manner as promised. Telling me a have to have a minimum of 15 words in the survey is dumb on the part of the decision maker … probably a MBA from a small n as promised. Sales dept was very polite however I felt multiple aspects of my purchase were quite unprofessional. First when I arrived to test drive the vehicle I had seen for sale online, I came to find that it w aspects of my purchase were quite unprofessional. First when I arrived to test drive the vehicle I had seen for sale online, I came to find that it was not parked on the sales lot. Rather it was parked out back as the sales manager had been driving it for personal use. At first this was not a big deal, until I turned around to find the backseat was full of dog hair and other personal items. After test driving the vehicle I called back the next day to confirm the purchase, only to be told by the dealership that they actually did not have the title for the vehicle and would not be able to sell it for 1-2 weeks. Annoying, but I did like the vehicle, and the sales team was polite, so I waited patiently. To top things off, I was told that the value of my trade in would be affected by the condition of the tires requiring replacement, although there was still tread left on them. This seemed understandable at first, but after finally taking possession of my vehicle, I came to find the next day that the tires on it, although seeming to have good tread, were utterly useless in snow and wet conditions. Overall, I am still happy with my purchase, however had it not been for the desirability of the truck I purchased, I don't think I would have continued to do business here. More
