Took my truck to have service done that I scheduled with them a week prior called them at end of day to see if truck was done told they worked on it all day but won't b done till tomorrow so I called next e them a week prior called them at end of day to see if truck was done told they worked on it all day but won't b done till tomorrow so I called next evening was told wrong part came in for truck so another day is gonna be needed so the following day called wasn't able to talk with my service guy but was told they take message and he would get back with me finally called again was told 2 guys have been working on it but having hard time getting part off probably gonna need another day so I swung by there on my way home from work to find that they hadn't even started to work on my truck it was parked where I had parked it . These people lied to me for 3 days saying there working on it. Take my advice stay away from these crooks. People who lie also steal what a joke of a dealership run away from these liers More
John from service is unprofessional and rude in the extreme. Sighing, grunting, talking to me like I am stupid because I am a woman. Then ultimately hanging up on me. I have never had an experience this bad, and I don’t appreciate being looped into a stereotype. My father was a mechanic; and I am NOT an idiot. Go elsewhere people. Liars and cheats kept my car for5 months I'm dying of cancer so when I got my car back I was thrilled something was draining my battery. They supposedly fixed it. 3 days later it wouldn't start had it t cancer so when I got my car back I was thrilled something was draining my battery. They supposedly fixed it. 3 days later it wouldn't start had it towed back and they said a new battery and alternator were needed. Another $1100.00. Went to pick it up and was told radio was draining battery. Told them to disconnect radio which they did. They never told me that it affect air and heat. If they think I'm calling them it will be when I'm dead. Never go there. I sure won't More
We would like to sincerely thank the great folks at the Jim Shorkey Chrysler Repair department for rescuing us on our road trip from Washington, DC to Michigan for the summer! Our vintage PT Cruiser Wo Jim Shorkey Chrysler Repair department for rescuing us on our road trip from Washington, DC to Michigan for the summer! Our vintage PT Cruiser Woody (which we consider to be part of the family 😍) had a problem on the highway and, luckily for us, we were able to barely drive it over to Jim Shorkey’s Chrysler dealership. We were familiar with their quality repair work, having accessed it a few years ago. They did a wonderful job repairing our car and everyone was so nice. From Dave, who kindly coordinated the entire process, to the skilled technician who fixed our car, to the lovely gentleman who cleaned the car and made it look beautiful (and even cleaned and shined the chrome wheels!!) they were all really great! While we certainly hope to avoid future car trouble, we are happy to know that such an outstanding place exists and we thank everyone sincerely for your help. In a world where these days we hear so much about people who are not so nice it was great to experience the kindness of the service department folks at Jim Shorkey! Best, Bille and Sue More

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in January/February. Really wanted a Dodge Durango but could t get one in my price range, test drove the jeep and I liked it. After about 3 months of ha January/February. Really wanted a Dodge Durango but could t get one in my price range, test drove the jeep and I liked it. After about 3 months of having it I had to turn it into the service department as my engine light came on. Here something I’m the transmission was failing, they fixed it after having my car for almost 2 weeks. Get it back and didn’t think any thing of it , few months pass by and it happens again. Turn my car in again and here I now need a new transmission.. I had to call to get updated on my own vehicle. Luckily I do have the warranty so I don’t have to pay. I got lucky to have a friend lend me a car for a little bit until it gets fixed. I call after about 8 days now of having my car and still can’t get an eta in when I’m gonna get it back. Finally find out not for over a month! I was asked how “un drivable “ was my car? Really . I have 2 kids, work a full time job and you want me to drive my car around until the transmission comes in???!! How is that safe? What if something happens that causes an accident hurts myself or someone else!!! So I called my sales person that I went through to get this car and I’m fed up. Pretty sure these cars go through a 5 point Inspection, there is only 50,000 miles on this jeep! I wanted to a trade in or find a way to get my car back fixed properly this time. I have to give my friends car back soon and I don’t have anything. Was told can get a rental but hard bc they have to find one and here they only cover 5-7 days… not happy with Shorkeys at all! Not to mention I have to call them to find out what’s going on and no one is reaching out to me!!!no one has called me back like they said they would. I have been more than patient rearranging my schedule and my kids schedule for this. Then when you do call you don’t get treated real well, just that oh well I’ll look into it and no one has. I understand everyone is busy! Trust me I work in the vet field. It’s not fun! But come on!!!!!! More
